We aim to ship orders the following day, allowing us 2 business days for processing. This exclude Sundays and Holidays. 

Currently, we are shipping within USA, to Canada, Philippines and Singapore.

USPS

USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020.

• USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows. 

• USPS International Packages: Currently, USPS has temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail items to several countries.

USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

• Your orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provided once placed. Please expect an email once item  has been shipped with the tracking number.
• Counting begins after ship out, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
• You may experience delays due to the current pandemic due to limitations in air cargo and closure of some areas.
• If you missed the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper). You are responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.
