Returns Policy
We're sorry you didn't love your Nail Appliqués.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery date. Post 30 days, unfortunately a refund or exchange can no longer apply.
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned:
- Goods purchased on promotions or sales
- Goods received in giveaways
- Gift Cards
Once we receive your package, it will take 3 - 5 business days to process the return. However, it usually takes 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Béni Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling.
DAMAGES
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please fill-up the Returns Form (see link below).
Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer resolutions. These do not qualify as damaged or defects.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, "final sale" or sale items cannot be refunded. They are not eligible for return, exchanged or applied for online store credit. Promotions including coupons, discounted/free shipping promos and promo codes, cannot be applied to sale items or final sale purchases.
GIFTS
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
However, if the product wasn’t marked as gift when purchased, refund will be sent to the gift giver who purchased the product, through his/her original method of payment.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned items. Roundtrip shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1 Request for product return by filling-up the Returns Form (see page link below) for proper capture and return review.
2 Please do not return the product until we connect back to you. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and you will be advised to mail the product to Pueblo, Colorado.
3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will let you know as well on the approval or rejection of your refund.
4 If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
